Our Innovative Stair Design Builds in Quality
Milled Stairs … The Route to Quality
- Milled staircases are designed to be beautiful and have enduring strength.
- Our milled stringers are CNC routed to a depth of 7/16" (.4375") to house tread ends anchored with wood glue and pressure wedges.
- Milled stringers will ensure that your stairs do not squeak and last into the next generation.
Integrated Newels
- Our newels are integrated into the stringers for maximum strength.
- Instead of simply bolting newels to the floors or landings, our newels are CNC cut to interface with stair stringers, treads, and risers.
- Newel stability translates directly into rail stability.
Well Thought Out Intersections and Connections
- Every joint and intersection in our staircases have been designed and engineered to maximize aesthetics and strength.
- Stair professionals measure and design each project and verify each of your fine design details.
- CAD designs eliminate surprises during installation.
Custom Design Capabilities
- In addition to our standard, high-quality features, we can design virtually any type of upgrade into your plans or orders upon your request.
- Custom newels, rail profiles, and balusters can be manufactured from your architectural drawings, sketches, or photographs.
